DD Group confirms that it has agreed to acquire Fox Group Global Ltd (“Fox”), a UK-based distributor of aesthetic products.
Headquartered in Warrington, Cheshire, Fox supplies a range of aesthetic products, including branded injectables, pharmaceutical items, and related equipment, to customers across the UK.
DD Group distributes dental and medical products across the UK and Europe and, through its MedFx division, supplies the aesthetics sector. This acquisition enables DD Group to better service the UK aesthetics market and expands the product portfolio for customers.
Following completion, Fox will continue to operate under its existing management team, ensuring continuity for customers, suppliers, and employees.

The timing of the transaction closing is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to complete as soon as possible in Q2/H1 2026.
