Product Overview
White polythene aprons, measuring at 686 x 1066mm (27" x 42"). This helps to provide a mechanical barrier between a practitioner's (or patient's) skin and clothes, and contaminants which they may come into contact with during a procedure. These bibs are latex-free and 15.5 microns thick. Being white-coloured, it's easy to spot where contaminants may have landed and reduce cross-contamination. Single-use only.

FAQs:
Why should I use a white apron?
A white apron will contrast against the colour of contaminants like blood, and allow you to better visualise where contaminant material may be on your person.
What is a mechanical barrier?
Mechanical barriers physically block pathogens from passing. One example of a mechanical barrier is the human skin, which prevents contaminants from entering the body.
